How much inferium to make a master infusion crystal? ›

Both Infusion Crystals take 4 pieces of essence of the same tier (Inferium, Prudentium, Intermedium, or Superium) and transform it into a single, higher tier essence. The Infusion Crystal can be used 1000 times for this purpose, while the Master Infusion Crystal can be used an unlimited amount of times.

This is done by killing either a Wither or the Ender Dragon using an Essence Weapon that is enchanted with Mystical Enlightenment.

It can also be acquired from harvesting or reprocessing Inferium Plants, mining Inferium Ore, or dropped from mobs (20% by default).

While mining can be a fun pass time, there is a much more agricultural solution to collecting Inferium. You can also get Inferium Essence by killing mobs. Every mob has about a 20% chance of dropping an Inferium Essence when killed.
